Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

GameGUI Maker is for creating all-ages game UI assets. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, reference image, generated asset, export, and use of the service.

Prohibited Content and Uses

You must not use GameGUI Maker to generate, request, upload, distribute, or promote:

• NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or exploitative content.
• Harmful, illegal, hateful, abusive, violent, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Face swaps, deepfakes, or other face-manipulation content.
• Content that infringes another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights.
• Malware, scams, spam, or content intended to deceive, exploit, or harm others.

Enforcement

We screen generation requests and may block prohibited content. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action when we reasonably believe these rules or our Terms of Service have been violated.
